The Objectives of Guardian Angels of Home Health Inc. shall be to provide the client:

1. Individualized care to meet their total individual needs as diagnosed by professional nurses. The processes systematic beginning with the gathering of base data and is planned, implemented, evaluated and revised on a continual basis. It covers physical, emotional, spiritual, environmental, social, economical and rehabilitation needs and includes health teaching involved in the planning of total client's care. The ultimate goal is to assist clients to optimal health status and independence as quickly as possible.
2. Benefits of effective communication, cooperation and coordination with all professional and administrative services involved in the planning of total client care.
3. With cost effective care by the timely procurement, effective utilization and proper handling of equipment and supplies.
4. Benefits from close supervision by personnel who give direct care and from continuous evaluation of the caregiver.
